Die ESSEC Business School veranstaltete eine Konferenz im Rahmen der Sonderausgabe des Journal of Retailing mit dem Titel „Retail in the age of global uncertainty: The impact of the macro-environment on the retail space and vice versa”. Die Konferenz fand vom 6. Bis 8. Juni 2024 in Paris statt. Prof. Dr. Ina Garnefeld war mit einer Präsentation mit dem Titel: „Managing the Necessary Evil : Can Payment Methods Reduce Product Returns?” auf der Konferenz vertreten.
